Make sure you have a copy of the summer schedule and make every attempt to attend all practices and tournaments. If you are missing a practice or tournament to attend another event, make sure the coaches are aware. This is the time to prepare for 2012-13!
weight classes
Please know that the National Federation of High Schools has changed the weight classes. The new weights are: 106, 113, 120, 126, 132, 138, 145, 152, 160, 170, 182, 195, 220, and 285.
